- DHL Pickup Point - delivery to a selected pickup point, delivery time: 1-2 business days, cost: PLN 13.90.
- InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7 - delivery to a selected InPost Parcel Locker or partner point, delivery time: 1-2 business days, cost: PLN 13.90.
- InPost Courier - delivery to the indicated address, delivery time: 1-2 business days, cost: PLN 16.90.
- Personal pickup - you can collect your order at our Animal Kingdom studio at ul. Piotrkowska 147/11 in Łódź.

We offer shipping via:
- Global Express - shipment handled by Polish Post, estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days, cost: PLN 39,
- DPD, estimated delivery time depending on the country: 3-6 business days,
- FedEx - available only for shipments to the United Kingdom.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may be charged according to the regulations of the destination country. These costs are covered by the recipient of the shipment.

Animal Kingdom jewellery is handmade, therefore the processing time depends on the selected model. Most of our designs are made after the order has been placed. This allows us to pay attention to every detail and create jewellery especially for you. You will always find the exact processing time on the product page.
The total waiting time consists of two stages:
- preparing the order,
- delivery by the selected carrier.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping details.
Some models are prepared faster, while others require more time. This applies especially to jewellery made to individual order, such as rings created by a jeweller. For such products, the processing time may be up to 25 business days.
If you need your order to be completed faster, please contact us before placing your order or immediately after payment. We will check whether the selected model can be prepared earlier.
For each product, you will find information about the estimated order processing time. The processing time shown on the product page indicates the number of business days needed to create and prepare the order for shipment.
If an order contains products with different processing times, the entire order will be shipped according to the longest processing time, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Yes. We would be delighted to welcome you to our Animal Kingdom studio in Łódź.
It is a place where you can calmly view and try on our jewellery, talk with us and create a composition perfectly suited to you. We truly enjoy these meetings and are always happy to advise you when choosing models, symbols and gemstones.
During your visit, we will also help you choose the right jewellery size - we will measure your ring size, wrist circumference and advise you on choosing the necklace length.

If you are arriving by car, we recommend using the paid OFF Piotrkowska car park. The entrance is located from Sienkiewicza Street, and there are two parking areas available on both sides of the street. From there, you can reach our studio within just a few minutes.

Returns
If the jewellery you selected does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel or from the date of purchase at our studio in Łódź.
To submit a return request, use the form available on our website. Enter the e-mail address used when placing the order, select the relevant order and follow the instructions.

Carefully secure the returned jewellery. Include a note with your order number inside the parcel - this will help us identify the shipment and speed up the return process.

You can use the Wygodne Zwroty service or send the parcel by courier or registered mail. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
4. Keep the tracking number
It is worth keeping the shipment tracking number until the return process is completed. It allows you to track the parcel and, if necessary, file a complaint with the carrier.
5. Receive your refund
We process refunds immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving information about withdrawal from the contract. According to applicable regulations, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned jewellery or confirmation of its shipment - whichever occurs first.
Some models are prepared specifically for individual orders. According to applicable regulations, they cannot be returned.
This applies in particular to:
- engraved jewellery,
- jewellery made to individual order,
- rings made after placing an order in the size selected by the customer.
Exchanges
Yes. If you would like to exchange jewellery, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
Only products that are:
- unused,
- complete,
- undamaged
can be exchanged.
For necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other models available in different variants, we can change not only the size but also the pendant, natural gemstones, chain style or other personalised elements - provided that the selected variant is available or can be made.
In your message, please provide your order number and information about what you would like to change. After receiving your request, we will contact you with information about the next steps.
If the engraving is located on the tag (applies to selected necklace and bracelet models), we can - within the purchased model - change the size, pendant, natural gemstones or chain style.

Natural gemstone rings are made on an elastic jewellery cord. You can exchange them, return them or change their size.
Silver and gold rings are made by a jeweller after placing an order in the size selected by the customer, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty and complaints
Yes. Animal Kingdom jewellery is covered by a two-year warranty.
If you notice a product defect or an issue related to the workmanship during use, please contact us at [email protected]. Describe the problem, provide your order number and attach photos of the jewellery. This will allow us to assess the situation faster and suggest the best solution.
After reviewing your request, we will contact you with information about the next steps. Each case is analysed individually to provide a solution best suited to the situation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of jewellery, mechanical damage, natural wear of materials or changes resulting from everyday use, such as wearing away of the gold-plated layer or natural oxidation of silver.

We process every complaint as quickly as possible, no later than within 14 days of receiving all information necessary to assess the request.
The complaint process usually takes 2-4 business days. If the complaint requires additional work - for example, a repair performed by a jeweller, engraving correction or ordering missing components - the processing time may extend to 8-14 business days. In such a situation, we will always inform you about the expected completion date.
Gift card
A gift card is a beautiful way to give someone special the opportunity to choose a talisman that is truly theirs. You can give a gift card in two ways - choose the option that best suits the occasion.
A physical gift card is perfect if you want to give the gift personally.
A virtual gift card is a convenient solution if you need it quickly or want to send the gift directly to the recipient.
You can find the gift card in the “Gift Cards” section.
You will receive a virtual gift card by e-mail after the payment has been credited.
You can:
- print it yourself and give it as a gift,
- send it directly to the recipient - simply enter their e-mail address when placing the order.
The card will be sent in PDF format.
The delivery time of a virtual gift card depends on the selected payment method.
For payments made via Przelewy24 or PayPal, payment is usually credited within approximately 15 minutes.
For traditional bank transfers, payment processing usually takes 1-2 business days.
After the payment is credited, the card will be sent to the indicated e-mail address.
Yes. You can add a short message to both a virtual and a physical gift card.
You can enter the message when selecting the card value and adding it to your cart.
For a virtual gift card, the message will be placed on the generated PDF card. For a physical gift card, we will handwrite it on the attached greeting card.
Every physical gift card is handwritten, carefully packaged and prepared for shipment within 1 business day.

Yes. If the value of the gift card is higher than the value of your order, the remaining funds can be used for future purchases.

The cost of gift packaging together with a greeting card is PLN 19.90.

Yes. When adding gift packaging to your cart, you can enter the message you would like to include. We will handwrite it on the attached card.
If you do not complete this field, we will include a blank card so that you can write your own message.
Yes. We can send the order directly to the person you want to gift it to.
If you let us know during the ordering process that the order is a gift and enter the recipient's address as the delivery address, the jewellery will be delivered directly to them, and a scan of the receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.
Customer account
Yes. You can also shop at Animal Kingdom without creating an account.
However, creating an account makes using the store more convenient - including checking your order history, placing future orders faster and using additional customer account features.
To create an account, select the “Create an account” option on the store website and complete the required information.
After creating an account, you can log in to your customer panel and use its features.
Having an account at the Animal Kingdom store allows you to:
- place future orders faster without having to enter your details again,
- check your order history,
- conveniently manage your personal information,
- track discount codes assigned to your account.

The Loyalty Card was created for people who have been part of the Animal Kingdom world for years. It is our way of saying thank you for your trust and being with us.
The Loyalty Card is more than just a permanent discount. It is our way of thanking you for your trust and for being with us.
As a Program participant, you receive:
- 10% discount on Animal Kingdom products at regular prices,
- 10% discount on Animal Kingdom jewellery restoration services,
- the ability to use the discount both when shopping online and at our studio in Łódź,
- access to special offers and surprises prepared exclusively for Loyalty Card holders,
- free cleaning of gold jewellery purchased at Animal Kingdom for 12 months from the purchase date.
We develop the Program together with you, so additional benefits prepared exclusively for Loyalty Card holders may appear over time.
You can join the Program if the total value of your purchases at Animal Kingdom has reached at least PLN 4,000.
The following are included in this amount:

Necklaces
Choosing the length of a necklace depends primarily on how you like to wear jewelry and where you want the necklace to sit.
Each length creates a slightly different style. Shorter models subtly highlight the neck and neckline, while longer ones allow you to create a more relaxed composition. Our necklaces are designed so that they can be easily combined with each other, allowing you to create your own unique sets.
Our chains are most commonly available in the following lengths:
If you are not sure which length to choose, we most often recommend 45 cm - this is the length most frequently chosen by our Customers.
Selected models are also available with adjustable length options.
Natural stone chokers have a fixed length and are usually available in sizes 36-40 cm.
For most of our necklaces, you can purchase an extension chain that allows you to lengthen the jewelry by up to 5 cm.

Bracelets
To choose the right bracelet size, measure your wrist circumference using a measuring tape. The tape should fit snugly against your skin but should not feel tight.
The measurement you get is the circumference of your wrist - this is the value you should use when selecting the size.
Do not add extra space. We take this into account when making the bracelet so that it fits comfortably on your wrist.
Available bracelet sizes:
- S – 14 cm
- M – 15 cm
- L – 16 cm
- XL – 17 cm
- XXL – 18 cm
The value shown next to the size indicates the wrist circumference.
For example, if your wrist circumference is 14.5 cm, we recommend choosing size S (14 cm). Most models include an extension chain that allows adjustment by approximately 1.5 cm.
You can also provide your exact wrist circumference in the order notes. If the construction of the selected model allows it, we will adjust its length individually.
If you are choosing a bracelet as a gift and you do not know the wrist circumference, the most popular and universal size is M (15 cm).

You can use our printable ring sizer at home or add a physical ring sizer to your cart free of charge when placing an order. We will include it with your shipment.

Natural stone rings are made on an elastic jewelry cord. You can exchange them, return them, or change their size.

The measurement can also be performed at any jewelry store that uses the standard jewelry sizing scale.
Yes. The first size adjustment of a gold or silver ring is free of charge within 30 days of purchase, provided that the change is within a range of up to two sizes - both for reducing and increasing the size.
After 30 days, the service cost is 150 PLN.
For adjustments exceeding two sizes, the possibility of performing the service and its cost are determined individually.

Personalization at Animal Kingdom is a process that allows you to create jewelry tailored to you - from choosing symbols and natural stones, through selecting the right size or length, to adding a personal engraving.
Every choice has meaning. These individual elements come together to create jewelry that becomes your personal talisman.
Depending on the selected model, you can create your own composition by choosing from available elements, such as:

- necklace length,
- bracelet size,
- extension chain,

Engraving
Yes. Selected jewelry models can be additionally personalized by adding engraving when placing an order.
The engraving option is available for selected necklaces and bracelets.
You can add engraving during product personalization. Enter the desired text in the engraving field and confirm your choice.
The cost of engraving is 20 PLN.
Adding engraving does not extend the order processing time.
Jewelry with individual engraving is a personalized product and therefore cannot be returned.

The element most commonly intended for engraving is the reverse side of the rectangular Animal Kingdom tag.
The exception are the My Zodiac and Mama Bear collections, where engraving is made on the back of the pendant.
The tag can contain a maximum of 12 characters, while the pendant can contain up to 24 characters.
Looking for inspiration? The most frequently chosen options are:
- a name or initials,
- an important date,
- coordinates of a meaningful place,
- a short word with special meaning.
We can also add a special symbol, such as a heart or infinity symbol.

Depending on the model, pendants are also made from polished stainless steel or polished brass covered with 24-karat gold.

In the case of silver jewelry, oxidation is a natural process, which means the surface may gradually darken and become less shiny. In gold-plated jewelry, the gold layer may naturally wear away over time.
A few simple habits will help maintain its beauty for many years:
- Store jewelry away from moisture - preferably in an Animal Kingdom box lined with soft sponge.
- Keep each piece separately to avoid tangling and scratches.
- One of the most important jewelry care rules is: jewelry should be the last thing you put on before leaving home and the first thing you remove after returning.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, deodorants, and cosmetics in the area where they come into contact with the skin.
- Remove jewelry before bathing, sleeping, exercising, and doing household chores.
- Protect it from detergents, chemicals, and medicinal ointments.
- From time to time, wipe your jewelry dry with a soft microfiber cloth (for example, a glasses cleaning cloth) to remove cosmetic residues and other substances that may react with the metal and cause discoloration on its surface.

For years, we have been restoring Animal Kingdom jewelry in our workshop. Thanks to hand polishing, professional cleaning, and re-gilding, many models regain their shine and can accompany their owners for many more years.
The scope of restoration is individually adjusted to the condition of the jewelry. It may include, among others:
- professional cleaning,
- hand polishing,
- re-gilding of the pendant,
- replacement of fastening elements,
- replacement of threads,
- adding stones,
- repair, gilding, or replacement of the chain.

In response, we will send you a quote, details of the service, and a form that should be included with the shipment.
The cost of a complete restoration is usually around 25-30% of the price of a new product. It is a small cost compared to the result - after restoration, the jewelry looks like new and can accompany you for many years.
